I’m here not just as a strength and fitness coach but as someone who understands the emotional side of this journey. After battling my struggles with body image, disordered eating habits, and the unrealistic expectations pushed by the fitness industry, I realised something had to change. I discovered a more balanced, compassionate path, and now I’m passionate about helping others find it.

My mission is to guide you toward an authentic, fulfilling version of health. I want to help you break free from outdated beliefs that fitness has to be scary, strict, or inaccessible. You don’t need to suffer to see results. You deserve a system that aligns with your values, body, and daily life, which works with you, not against you.

Sweat class

Class Instructor for SRWFitness

SRWFitness runs a range of fitness classes throughout the week, and every Saturday morning, we lead the Sweat class, a 45-minute high-energy. This session is a fun, fast-paced, full-body workout designed to boost your metabolism and leave you feeling strong and energised. Suitable for all fitness levels, it’s a great way to challenge yourself, build community, and have a blast doing it. At Freedom Fitness Coaching, we deliver sessions at SRWFitness Studio One, a bespoke personal training studio at the Glass Yard, in Chesterfield.

As freelance trainers, we have access to the studio. As a client, you will enjoy a top-of-the-range training facility with 2 hours of free parking and no additional fees to use the facility. *You will only be able to use the studio within our sessions.
