Our Semi-Private Personal Training is the ideal middle ground between one-to-one coaching and group classes offering a personalized fitness experience in a small group of 2–4 clients. Each session is designed by Coach Ollie Wigg to meet your unique goals while allowing you to benefit from the energy, motivation, and support of others on a similar journey.
