Our Semi-Private Personal Training is the ideal middle ground between one-to-one coaching and group classes offering a personalized fitness experience in a small group of 2–4 clients. Each session is designed by Coach Ollie Wigg to meet your unique goals while allowing you to benefit from the energy, motivation, and support of others on a similar journey.

Whether you’re training with a partner, friends, or new teammates, you’ll receive expert coaching and tailored workouts all within a fun, supportive environment.

Each Semi-Private Training Session is capped at a maximum of four people, ensuring you get quality time with your coach while sharing the experience with others. You’ll work on your individual goals while staying motivated by your small group.
